Attention winter athletes. Family ID is now open for winter sports registration. If you are interested in playing a winter sport you must register on www.familyid.com


Now available in the school store are the Ryan Doyle/Mr. Ellis t-shirts. The cost is $20 and it supports the business department. See Ms. Doe with any questions.


ATTENTION SENIORS! Your graduation form with diploma, cap and gown information, along with a check for $60.00 to cover the graduation fees is now due to the Student Activities office by Friday Nov 22nd! Please see Ms. McCarthy in Student Activities if you have any questions. 


There will be a preseason girls basketball meeting Thursday Nov 14th in A204 at 2:15. 


There will be a Canine Club meeting today afterschool in B242. New members are always welcome. 


Model UN will meet today in B202. See Ms. Pitcher with questions. 


Skateboard Club will not meet today. 


The World Care Club will gather next Wednesday the 20th at 2:10 in A203. Hope to see you there!


Emeralds meeting today is cancelled and rescheduled for 11/19. Make every effort to attend. We have submissions to review. 


Minnechaug’s Computer Science Club wants to teach you to program! From web development to game design, Python is a programming language which offers a flexible toolset for aspiring computer scientists. Innovative problem solvers and creative collaborators are welcome to biweekly meetings in A209. If you are interested, please talk to Dr. Trebbe, Mr. Plasse, or join using the Google Classroom code in the IRC windows. No prior knowledge is necessary! Our first meeting is November 19th in A209. Beginners are welcome! 


Gobble Gobble Minnechaug. It’s that time of the year again! Starting Monday, November 18th anyone can pay 25 cents to add one feather to a faculty turkey or pay 50 cents to remove one feather during all three lunches. At the end of the week, the faculty member with the most feathers on their picture will wear the turkey costume the day before Thanksgiving break! So bust out your quarters because it’s time to Shake a Tail Feather!


The PAVAS Talent Show is this Friday night. Come check out the talent and see who takes home the top three cash prizes. There will be singing, dancing, piano, plus a few surprises. The doors open at 7pm, the show starts at 7:30. Admission is $5 per person, or $4 with a Renaissance card. Come out to see the show because we all know “MINNECHAUG’S GOT TALENT!!”

A cadet from West Point will be visiting on Monday, 11/25 at 8:00am. Any student interested in the process of applying to the military academy and those who have questions about life as a cadet should sign up in the counseling center. 


A rep from Elms College will be visiting on Monday 11/25 at 9:15 for Decision Day. Students who are interested in attending Elms College next fall should sign up in the counseling center.
